The Danish-American Tim Pape founded Tim’s Cookies one cold November morning back in 1985. Brought to Denmark as a child, he missed the Chocolate Chip Cookies of his birth land so much he decided to open his own bakery.
The success of his baking quickly caught on and soon he was baking a large variety of cakes deriving from his sweet tooth and passion for the very best ingredients.
Millions of Cookies, Brownies, Banana cake and Rum Kugle have flown across the counter since his bakery’s premiere for over 30 years ago. Although Tim’s bakery is much larger than the 45 square meters he started out with, the concept is still the same: taste, quality and the quest for only the best ingredients are the fundamentals behind the name TIM’s.
